What kinds of organisations does Cinderpath typically work with?
Cinderpath works with small to mid-size organisations — typically between 20 and 200 staff — that are functional and operational but want to look more carefully at how they document work, track progress, or run their leadership meetings. Many clients are in professional services, distribution, or operations-heavy sectors in Thailand.
How does an engagement begin?
After an initial enquiry, we have a short conversation — usually 30 to 45 minutes — to understand the organisation's situation and what they are hoping to address. If there is a clear fit with one of the engagements, a written scope is prepared for review. Work begins once the scope is agreed and a start date is confirmed.
Is the work done in person or remotely?
Shorter engagements — such as the metrics review or document templates work — can be carried out with a combination of in-person and remote sessions, depending on what suits the organisation. The twelve-week operating engagement involves agreed in-person attendance at leadership meetings, with other work conducted as agreed.
What does the organisation receive at the end of an engagement?
Each engagement has a written deliverable: the metrics review produces a reference report, the templates engagement produces a documented template library, and the twelve-week engagement produces a closing written reflection. These documents are owned by the client and are designed to be useful after the engagement ends.
Are the prices listed inclusive of VAT?
Prices are listed exclusive of VAT. Thai VAT of 7% applies where relevant. The engagement scope document prepared at the start of each project includes a clear price breakdown for the organisation's records.
How is confidential information handled?
All information shared during an engagement is treated with discretion. A confidentiality agreement is included in the engagement scope document. The consultant does not share organisational data, meeting content, or documents with third parties.
