Feedback shared by clients at the close of their engagements. Names and roles reproduced with permission.

KP
Kanya Petcharat Operations Director, Chonburi

"We did the metrics review first, mainly because we were heading into a planning period and wanted to understand what we were actually tracking versus what we thought we were tracking. The report was clear and honest — it called out three dashboards that nobody was using and flagged two areas where we had no coverage at all. Useful starting point for our team's own discussion."

Nopporn Wattanachai Managing Director, Pattaya

"We went with the twelve-week engagement during a period when we were reorganising how the leadership team worked together. Having James there — not as a decision-maker, just as someone observing and writing things down — changed how we ran our meetings. We became more deliberate. The closing reflection was worth having as a record of the quarter."

Siriporn Tanakul HR Manager, Rayong

"The document templates engagement was primarily for our HR and project coordination teams. We had meeting templates that everyone used differently, which created confusion when reviewing notes later. Anchalee worked through what each team actually needed and built something consistent. It took about three weeks and the revision process was straightforward. Four months in, the formats are still in use."

Phairat Meechai CEO, Eastern Seaboard

"Straightforward to work with. The scope was agreed before anything started, the consultant showed up prepared, and the report said something worth reading. I was a little sceptical about whether an outside perspective on our metrics would add anything — we have been running the same systems for years — but the gaps they identified were real."

Linda Charoenwong Finance Director, Bangkok

"We started with the templates engagement and then extended to the twelve-week project later in the year. The templates gave us a shared format for project briefs that significantly reduced the back-and-forth at project kickoffs. During the twelve-week project, Somchai was calm and methodical in the sessions — the kind of presence that makes a meeting more productive without being obtrusive."

Wiroj Thongprasert Operations Manager, Sriracha

"We are a mid-size distribution company with around 80 staff. The metrics review helped us think through what we were tracking for our warehouse operations vs what we were tracking for the overall business. Not all of the gaps they identified were things we acted on immediately, but having the written report to refer back to during our annual planning was useful."

§ T.2 — Case Studies

Engagement Stories in Detail

Three engagements described in fuller context — what the organisation faced, what the work involved, and what was produced.

Case Study — T.2.1

Logistics Organisation, Chonburi Province

Metrics Review · ฿8,900

Challenge

The organisation had accumulated fifteen separate tracking sheets and dashboards over five years of growth. Nobody was clear on which were current, which were maintained by whom, or what decisions each was intended to inform.

Engagement

Over two weeks, the consultant interviewed six leaders and operational staff, reviewed all fifteen tracking items, and mapped which were actively used, which were maintained but unread, and which had been abandoned informally.

Outcome

Written report identifying 4 metrics worth keeping, 7 worth consolidating, and 4 gaps in operational visibility. The leadership team used the report as the basis for a half-day metrics session two weeks later.

Case Study — T.2.2

Professional Services Firm, Pattaya

Document Templates · ฿13,600

Challenge

A professional services firm of 45 staff had no consistent format for project briefs, status updates, or meeting notes. Each team lead used their own format, making cross-team reviews difficult and slow.

Engagement

The consultant held initial design conversations with three team leads and the managing director, drafted five templates across project briefing, meeting agenda, decision log, status report, and retrospective note formats, then revised through two review cycles.

Outcome

Template library of five editable documents, adopted by the organisation within the first two weeks. Cross-team project reviews reduced in average preparation time by approximately 40% in the following quarter, per the client's own estimate.

Case Study — T.2.3

Manufacturing Support Organisation, Rayong

12-Week Engagement · ฿34,800

Challenge

A 90-person organisation was moving from a founder-led structure to a distributed leadership model. The CEO wanted external support to help the leadership team develop a more consistent operating rhythm during the transition period.

Engagement

Part-time embedded presence across twelve weeks: attendance at weekly leadership meetings, facilitation of four working sessions on specific operating topics, support with the drafting of two operating documents, and production of a closing written reflection.

Outcome

Leadership team reporting higher clarity on decision-making responsibilities at engagement close. Two operating documents adopted as permanent formats. Closing reflection cited by the CEO as "the clearest account we have of how the leadership team worked this year."
